Welcome to the page of Deborah and Colin McCann, Piano Technicians
The McCann family has tuned pianos for three generations. There are currently four of us working full time as technicians: Deborah, Colin, Steve and Richard McCann. Deborah and Colin operate in the interior of British Columbia, Canada, and are currently accepting new customers.

The McCanns are all members of the Canadian Association of Piano Technicians. Moreover, Deborah's and Colin's father, Steve McCann of Allegro Piano Service, has been a Registered Member of the Piano technicians Guild for 37 years.
We are all concert level technicians and have tuned for artists such as Feist, Jane Coop, Michael Kaeshammer, Josh Groban, David Foster, The Bare Naked Ladies, Burton Cummings, Holly Cole, Jerry Lee Lewis, Don Henley [The Eagles], Paul Rodgers [Queen], Sascha Lewis and others.

Training
Having four family members as highly skilled piano technicians gives the McCanns an extensive pool of knowledge from which our customers benefit greatly. We frequently attend conferences
and training seminars to ensure that our knowledge and skills are always
sharp and current.
In addition to Colin's and Deborah's memberships with CAPT, the pair regularly attend PTG conferences and have received specialized training from Steinway, Yamaha, Kawai and Pearl River.
This training coupled with our passion for all things piano guarantees McCann Piano Service customers will receive professional service with the most informed information as possible.
Services Provided
Both Deborah & Colin are trained in all levels of piano technology, and are qualified for any servicing from a simple tuning to a concert level regulation and voicing.
We also have extensive experience in action rebuilding and all types of repairs.
